Rates are fully inclusive of pool heat during months of NOVEMBER through to APRIL

Rates per home per week from £550

If pool heat is requested outside the above period an additional charge applies.

Stays of less than a week will be calculated to the nearest £

• Discount given on a 3 Week bookings
• All Taxes included and the price is for the whole villa
• Booking of less than 1 week please add cleaning fee
• Non Refundable deposit at time of Booking
• The remainder to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival
• Security deposit to be paid
